How To Use

How to use:
Plug in your diffuser into a power source.
Fill the water reservoir with filtered or distilled water to the max fill line (200 ml capacity).
Add a few drops of your favorite Rowe Casa essential oils.
Turn on diffuser by pressing the power button and enjoy!
Press power button once for 4 hours of continuous spray.
Press power button twice for 8 hours of intermittent spray.
Press power button a third time to turn off diffuser.
Press the light button to cycle through 7 different LED light colors.
How to clean:
Gently wipe ultrasonic plate of the diffuser with a cleaning sponge or cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol.
Clean the ultrasonic plate regularly for best performance.
Do not use aerosol sprays, solvents, or abrasives to clean housing when the power is on.

    Stops working after a couple months

    I love this diffuser so much however, it randomly stopped working… I keep it clean and don’t overfill the tank. However, I’ve had 2 of these diffusers and both have stopped working after a few months of use. Turns on and then just stops. Not sure what is going on ugh.

How are your products formulated?

Our products are handcrafted in our Texas facility with carefully chosen ingredients inspired by nature. We work alongside organic chemists, master herbalists, naturopaths, certified aromatherapists, and third-party testers to help ensure quality, consistency, and care in every product we create.

We do not test our ingredients or finished products on animals, and we ethically source our ingredients with a focus on land of origin whenever possible.
What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

All clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return due to sanitation concerns, including exposure to pets, fragrances, or other household elements.

To request a return, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide clear instructions on how to complete your return.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items because orders go directly into processing after they’re submitted.

We allow cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com for assistance.
What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?

Domestic orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.

Gift cards and digital content do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.
How do I use my Rowe Casa gift card?

Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering your gift card number in the “Discount code or gift card” field.

Only one gift card may be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Gift card use may be excluded during certain promotions.
Processing & Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Please note that sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods may impact processing times.

If you select ground or priority shipping, the shipping speed applies once your package has shipped. Processing time is not included in the carrier’s shipping timeframe.

All shipping rates come directly from USPS, and we’re unable to control the shipping options or rates provided at checkout.
