I used the breast health salve last year recommended by my daughter, she had not used it but seen recommendations from others who have dense breast tissue. I have dense breast and had to have follow up ultrasounds a couple times after my screening mammograms due to my dense tissue but after using the salve this year my mammogram came back negative with no need for additional testing but due to what I was told in the past I had level 3 density I decided out of caution and because mammograms are not reliable for detecting cancer early with dense breast plus I have a family history of breast cancer I decided to do an ultrasound with HerScan. The technician said my breast did not look very dense which was not what I had been told in the past. Today I received my results from the ultrasound and it was negative. I viewed the images and I could tell my breast are nowhere as dense as they had been. I had actually forgotten about using the breast health salve until just a little bit ago. I used the cream for 3 months as recommended but that was 9 months ago. I believe completely the salve made a difference. I’m ordering more now!!

What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
All clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return due to sanitation concerns, including exposure to pets, fragrances, or other household elements.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items because orders go directly into processing after they’re submitted.
We allow cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com for assistance.
What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?
Domestic orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.
Gift cards and digital content do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.
How do I use my Rowe Casa gift card?
Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering your gift card number in the “Discount code or gift card” field.
Only one gift card may be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Gift card use may be excluded during certain promotions.
Processing & Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Please note that sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods may impact processing times.
If you select ground or priority shipping, the shipping speed applies once your package has shipped. Processing time is not included in the carrier’s shipping timeframe.
All shipping rates come directly from USPS, and we’re unable to control the shipping options or rates provided at checkout.
