How to use

Shake well. Take 1-2 servings daily. Children (2-15) take 1/2 serving daily. Can be used every 2-3 hours as needed. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2-3 months. Children under 1 should not ingest honey.

    Attention problems at school

    My 6 year old was having issues this past school year with being able to focus and complete his work. They are on a points system: when they reach so many points they get small treats throughout the year, but also get to participate in a ā€œfun dayā€ at the end of the year. So in May, my sonā€™s teacher reached out and said she didnā€™t think that he was going to be able to participate in the fun day. He needed 15 points for that week, and he only got 2 on Monday. So, Tuesday morning before school, I gave him a tbsp of Tart Cherry. He got 6 points that day and 5 points on Wednesday (he NEVER got more than 3 points on any day the rest of the school year). Rowe Casa for the win!
