How to use

Shake well. Take 1-2 servings daily. Children (2-15) take 1/2 serving daily. Can be used every 2-3 hours as needed. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2-3 months. Children under 1 should not ingest honey.

    finally sleeping

    I was dependent on Advil PM etc and knew they were TERRIBLE for you and was looking for a more natural way to fall asleep and stay asleep!! YA’LL!! This stuff is amazing and it works! I love it so much that I have it on a bi weekly subscription… Rowe Casa products are top notch and they actually work!! ❤️🍒🍒

    It’s amazing, and tastes great!

    It really works! I don’t need it most nights. I only take it if I have something important the next day that I have to get to sleep for. I only take a half tsp. and it makes me sleepy. I take one tsp. occasionally. I wish it came in smaller bottles, as it says to throw it away after 2 or 3 months. I will be wasting so much of the product and it’s expensive. Let me know if you can make it in smaller bottles. That’s my only complaint. Love it!

    Helps me sleep!

    Love the tart cherry! At first it gave me weird dreams which I didn’t like, but I stuck with it and now it isn’t really an issue. It helps me sleep longer and have less muscle pain when I wake up.

    Slept like a log after drinking this! Felt well rested after so long!

    This thing knocked me out in a good way lol. Being a light sleeper and hyper vigilant since having a baby my body didn’t feel rested in the mornings. But this product not just let me sleep well but my mornings changed, I felt more alert and ready to face the day since I rested so well.
