I started my first order of sleep kit and the women’s hormone kit last Friday. All weekend I was able to sleep without taking my prescribed medication. I am seeing improvement daily. All works very well. Tart Cherry helped me to fall asleep. Magnesium Gel is the best thing on the market!! It work's immediately on my leg and foot spasms. I am ordering again!

Can be helpful for those who have MILD sleep issues however for chronic sleep issues largely ineffective. The tart cherry ended up keeping me up instead of helping me sleep

bought the sleep bundle for my daughter who wanted something in place of the prescription her doctor recommended. She uses and loves all the products but thinks the tart cherry works really well. She falling asleep and staying asleep much better.

Also, the tart cherry juice had a broken cap and tiny leak when it arrived and the company promptly replaced it at no charge to us.

I cannot rave about these products enough! LISTEN! Our family of 5 all use these products and the amount of better sleep we are all getting is mind boggling. I wasn’t sure that it would work but for me personally I never got a full nights sleep (because kids and stress) and now I can sleep through the night without the restless tossing and turning.
