To be honest, I come from a Hispanic family and switching from VapoRub to this was difficult lol, but I don't regret it. Just like my daughter, as soon as I start feeling unwell or my sinusitis flares up, I apply it to my chest and nose, and the next day I wake up feeling much better.

This has been a great addition to our "medicine cabinet"! We use it when we start to feel a headache coming on. It's also great for congestion. It's nice to have another option of clean items to use when we need them. The smell is great and the container will last for a LONG time! I would recommend buying it for yourself and would make a good gift!

I use this in my sinuses when I get stuffed up from allergies or pressure from weather changes. A little goes a long way and it doesn’t have a sharp smell to it. It stays on throughout the night and helps me sleep. It also helps me with headaches!
