I bought this bundle before sick season, and I’m so happy I did! The elderberry tastes great, and I feel like it really helped shorten the duration of my colds, as well as boost my immune system. The cough medicine tastes great, and when I had pneumonia this past winter, it really helped sooth my throat! I will say, toe honey makes the consistency really thick, I didn’t expect that at first! And finally the sinus + allergy gargle, I’ve been using it a lot lately since it’s spring time and pollen is everywhere. So far I do notice that it works and helps ease my allergies. It does taste bad though so rinse your mouth out with water after, or dilute it a ton!
