How to use

Place one steamer on the floor of your shower, where it will get wet, but not drenched. (Place out of direct water stream for longer usage.) Then, breathe in deeply as the oils vaporize.

    Good, Better in a Closed Shower

    I enjoyed the smell. And when I put some on my hands and then my chest, it really opened me up. Just don't put it on your face :) Trust me.

    If you have an enclosed shower, like with a curtain, I think that would be the best place to use them. I will do that next time. I used it in our shower that is more open and I don't feel like I really experienced the goodness of it because of the openness of the shower.
