I have developed a cyst following carpal tunnel surgery and it’s compressing the nerve in my hand and fingers. I clean houses for a living so I use my hand a lot. Lately I have really been exerting so yesterday I was in tremendous pain! It hurt to touch the cyst and the nerves in my fingers were hurting so bad. After I had taken several different pain reliefs and they just were not helping. I had a bottle of relief in my cabinet that I had bought to take for my back pain and it didn’t help much so I stopped using it. Recently I found out that the relief can be used topically as well so I retrieved it from the cabinet and massaged it all on the cyst and hand and within less than 10 minutes the pain was gone!!!! This was definitely a Win!!!!👏🏻

If I use this every two hours at the earliest onset for headaches/migraines or neck tension, it saves me from needing other OTC pain relief. It isn't strong enough to treat my migraines though once in full swing.

My husband had been suffering from a headache for nearly a day. Thankfully he’s too stubborn to take an OTC med for it. He was heading to his chiropractor for an adjustment and I mentioned he could try my latest natural RC remedy. How are your products formulated?
Our products are handcrafted in our Texas facility with carefully chosen ingredients inspired by nature. We work alongside organic chemists, master herbalists, naturopaths, certified aromatherapists, and third-party testers to help ensure quality, consistency, and care in every product we create.
We do not test our ingredients or finished products on animals, and we ethically source our ingredients with a focus on land of origin whenever possible.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
All clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return due to sanitation concerns, including exposure to pets, fragrances, or other household elements.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items because orders go directly into processing after they’re submitted.
We allow cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com for assistance.
What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?
Domestic orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.
Gift cards and digital content do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.
How do I use my Rowe Casa gift card?
Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering your gift card number in the “Discount code or gift card” field.
Only one gift card may be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Gift card use may be excluded during certain promotions.
Processing & Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Please note that sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods may impact processing times.
If you select ground or priority shipping, the shipping speed applies once your package has shipped. Processing time is not included in the carrier’s shipping timeframe.
All shipping rates come directly from USPS, and we’re unable to control the shipping options or rates provided at checkout.
