    Wow!

    I took this the day I got it because I was planning on taking this daily to help inflammation. I had been battling a migraine for two days and after I took it I realized my headache was gone. Like almost immediately. I didn’t even realize this would help with headaches when I took it! I had to come back and read the description to see if that was even possible. I will absolutely always have this on hand from here on out at my house!

    Helps knee pain

    I bought this for my son who tore his meniscus a few years ago. Instead of putting him through surgery at such a young age while his body was growing, we went the natural route to encourage his body to heal naturally. On days when he has pain, we use KT tape and a dose of Relief. It takes away the pain for hours. He loves the taste and that it allows him to be active.
