Reviews Summary
Customers say these pour spouts make dispensing from bottles so much easier and eliminate messy drips and spills. The spout fits snugly, seals tightly, and allows precise pouring without waste. Many reviews highlight how the product prevents spillage when pouring daily consumables, making the routine simpler and more convenient. Most users appreciate the quality construction and easy-to-use design. A few note occasional mold development if bottles remain open long-term, and one user mentioned a leaky seal on their unit.

    A necessity

I like the pour spout. I found that when I shake the bottle, it leaks a little.

    ESSENTIAL

This is the handiest thing since a pocket on a shirt. It does get moldy if the bottle is open for more than a month or so just watch that.

FAQ
How are your products formulated?

Our products are handcrafted in our Texas facility with carefully chosen ingredients inspired by nature. We work alongside organic chemists, master herbalists, naturopaths, certified aromatherapists, and third-party testers to help ensure quality, consistency, and care in every product we create.

We do not test our ingredients or finished products on animals, and we ethically source our ingredients with a focus on land of origin whenever possible.
What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

All clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return due to sanitation concerns, including exposure to pets, fragrances, or other household elements.

To request a return, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide clear instructions on how to complete your return.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items because orders go directly into processing after they’re submitted.

We allow cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com for assistance.
What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?

Domestic orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.

Gift cards and digital content do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.
How do I use my Rowe Casa gift card?

Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering your gift card number in the “Discount code or gift card” field.

Only one gift card may be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Gift card use may be excluded during certain promotions.
