    Time will tell, but...

    My hope it that my pcos symptoms will be alleviated and cycle will become more regular, I haven't been using this long enough to know for sure. But I can definitely feel the potency of the wild yam. I say that because in the past I took a prescribed bio identical progesterone capsule and the most obvious effect was made me sooo sleepy, almost like a sedative. Using 2 drops once a day (at night) of this product makes me sleep very well. So it's having the same effect as the medication in that way, we will see what else it does. Also using the e balance and the adrenal support.

    Definitely a Boost :)

    Results are there!

    I had been using this for about a month as we were trying to conceive while breastfeeding. Because of a history of miscarriage, we began getting bloodwork as soon as I had a positive pregnancy test. My progesterone looked decent initially. A few days in, as we were still regularly testing, I ran out of p-boost oil and was waiting on more. The next round of results from my bloodwork showed a concerning drop in my progesterone. Yes, other factors could be involved in that drop but I know for sure I will not let myself run out of this stuff again!
