How to use

Add ½ cup - 1 cup of Muscle Recovery Bath Salts into a warm bath. Soak 15-30 minutes or as desired. Use daily or as needed to soothe sore and tense muscles. Seal bag tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry, dark area.

    Holy grail!

    My kids ( 3 1/2 yrs & 18 months), husband and I all use it. This is our go to if we start to feel like we’re coming down with something or yucky. As well as when my kids have a cold/ runny nose I just sit them in a bath instead of giving them a bunch of syrup medication. This with some sick recovery salts! You can see the relief after each bath.
