Flavor is nice but the powder doesnt mix very well. Part of the powder settles at rhe bottom no mayter how much you shake or mix it.

I have tried so many electorates over the years and haven’t ever found one I love because they are always SO sweet and would give me headaches. But this one is SO GOOD! And no headaches.
It’s not too sweet, the flavor is so yummy! Just ordered more and the other flavor! I really feel like it hydrates!

I’m in my third trimester and I’ve been taking the electrolytes first thing in the morning and I can tell a huge difference. I feel great after a glass. I will occasionally have another glass in the evening depending on my activity level. I feel great about the ingredients as I had a hard time finding anything else online that I felt comfortable taking with being pregnant. Mixing it I use a little bit of warm water with a froth wand then add in my cold water and ice. It tastes great and is refreshing. I will definitely continue ordering both flavors while I breastfeed as well.
