Love this product! It’s so easy to use, rubs into the skin easily, and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. I liked the gel magnesium product but this spray is even better if you’re looking for a lighter feel.

This has worked amazing for me I have not had a cramp or restless leg issues since I started using this. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star review is I do not care for the scent nor the stickiness that it leaves otherwise it's amazing!

I just purchased my second bottle of Magnesium Spray. I keep it at my bedside so that I can use it before bed or if I wake during the night. I simply spray at couple sprays on the bottoms of my feet. I have also applied it to tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. The scent is very mild and pleasant.

This is so easy to use. It is my favorite magnesium product. This takes away the pain in my knees.
