How to use

    Too many uses to list them all

    Magnesium is hugely important, especially for someone previously diagnosed with diabetes type 2. I use it daily sometimes more than once and in different places. It’s great for keeping me regular, for helping me sleep, for any aches or pains and I spray on my hand and rub on my forehead when I get a headache.

    WOW! Great for sleep.

    I have poor sleep due to autoimmune issues. I have had the deepest sleep I’ve had in years when taking this. I spray on my feet when I get into bed and put socks on (my feet are cold so socks don’t bother me during sleep) but I don’t think socks are a must.
