Added to my nighttime routine for lasting sleep

I was noticing a tingling/burning sensation when I first started using this and read that it could be because my body was deficient. After regular use I no longer have that sensation.

Use this every night in my routine. Absolutely love it . I sleep like a baby .

My husband struggled with restless legs for years. He'd get a prescription from the doc and it wouldn't work or it would make him so groggy the next day he couldn't handle it (and he can handle meds). We tried OTC options and nothing made any difference. He loves the spray version just for convenience sake: he sprays it on and can feel his legs relax! He is so happy which makes me super happy! I told a fellow mom about this at the rink and she tried it: she loves it, she says nothing has ever helped her restless legs either so I am incredibly happy I was able to share this with someone it is helping <3

This is a nightly ritual. I spray on the bottom of one foot and i sleep so well! Must have/keep!
