How to use

    Magnesium Spray

    After using the magnesium cream, I thought I would try the spray this time. I will have to go back to the cream. I used the spray on the soles of my feet before bedtime, and after a few days use, it made the skin on the soles of my feet peel. No itch or discomfort-just peeling skin.

    Its a miracle spray for me. I got it to help me sleep better however a surprising miracle is that it has gotten rid of the constant aching in both knees and pain. I spray both knees and no longer have the discomfort. Surprising result that has changed my mobility!
