How to use

    Multi Purpose Product

    I'd never used any magnesium products before shopping at RCO, but I'm now OBSESSED! I use it on my feet at bedtime to help unwind and I always wake up feeling well rested. I may prefer the cream version over this gel, but that's due to personal preference and not product quality.

    Holy Grail

    The magnesium gel is the holy grail whenever you have body aches or pain. I often have restless legs before going to bed and applying. Little bit to both my legs gets my body relaxed and ready for a great night of sleep. If I wake up with a sore neck or back, a little bit of this gel eliminates the pain almost immediately!

    So many different uses

    My whole family loves using the Magnesium Gel. It is great to help with sleep or any sore muscles that you have. My son layers it with the muscle and joint rub after his football games. This is one product that I make sure we never run out of.

    Magnesium gel

    This is the best ever I had its help me with my leg cramp and when I use and put it in where cramp was thatā€™s help me rest and sleep at bed time and I think this is a better than lotion itā€™s my opinion. Definitely buy again when itā€™s out.
