How to use

    Besides having insomnia, I also have a hip issue from a car accident almost 50 years ago.     Nightly Essential

    I purchased this for restless things while training for a half marathon and it was wonderful. I massage it on the bottoms of my feet nightly and then on my knee. I feel as though my restless legs calm down faster, my knee pain isn't quite as bad and it leaves my feet nice and soft! Any ache or stiffness I have, this goes on it.
