How to use

    No more leg cramps!

    I cannot be without this magnesium cream! From the very first time I used it, it was like magic in stopping my leg cramps/"Charlie Horse's". I use this cream every night before bed, and it prevents cramps in my calves. I have also used it on my abdomen to ease menstrual cramps. Works great!!

    Wonderful!

    This has helped my son soooo much with his constipation! He even notices changes in his bowel movements and goes for the jar at night so I can apply it on his tummy🥹 It has also helped me with chest pain after a bronchospasm I had. The first night I put it on the pain was practically gone and I could sleep. Love this!

    Helps my sleep
