I had 2 pumps on my face wash that didn’t work. I was sent new ones at no charge and they are working fine. Agent was really nice and helpful.

Love the products but the pumps are difficult to work with. They don’t pop back up well. Sometimes I have to pull them up which is hard when you already have some product in your hands. The spout is also too short so product is wasted because it gets on the bottle. I have a bottle of the hand soap at each of my sinks, but my family isn’t a fan because these pumps are hard to use. Would it be possible to get better ones?
