How to use

Place dropper bottle in bowl of hot water until oil feels warm to the touch. Tilt head to the side and place 1-2 drops of warmed oil inside the ear canal. (Do not insert the dropper inside the ear.) Next, apply 3-4 drops around the base of the ear and massage all around. Gently pull the ear out, up and down, to encourage drainage. Apply every hour as needed.

    I highly recommend the earache oil! It helped lower and eliminate my pain and inflammation from TMJ. I walked around for a year and a half with what I thought was severe ear pain and what felt like fluid in my ears. It was actually severe TMJ (per my ENT) and using the oil daily for about three weeks finally provided me with relief! Now I apply the ear ache oil any time I feel inflammation or pain coming on from my TMJ.

    Wonderful product
