Bought this for my husband who has trouble sleeping. When he uses it seems to help! I always throw a little on myself and feel relaxed when I do. Hoping for lots more sleep!

I use this salve on myself and my kids and we all love it. It smells great and really helps to calm down my kiddos so they can have the best sleep possible.

When I have those nights to where my brain doesn’t want to turn off, I rub this on my chest, & the back of my neck and it helps a lot with going into a deep sleep!
