How to use

    I believe it works

    I’ve been using the magnesium gel and alternating with the magnesium cream. I think they both help. I’ve been taking an oral magnesium citrate supplement once a day, instead of twice, since using this topical. The only difference is that gel stings my skin and worse if I have any scratches etc.
