I’ve always been an insomniac. My motto was always “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” or “Call me if you need me because I’ll probably be awake anyway”. My brain just never shuts off (dozing off, thoughts like “what are Sylvester Stallone’s daughters’ names” like I care!!! ADHD brain full of useless trivia over here).
Menopause came knockin’’, and the sleep challenge got worse. I tried for 4 years to find a CBD option I could live with and finally found gummies that did the trick, but taking them at just the right time or with just the right amount of fat, or caving in for the federally legal .2-.3% trace THC allowed were exhaustive efforts and I still wasn’t thrilled and wanted something less “manufactured” if that makes sense. I was happy to have A solution that mostly worked, but it wasn’t a perfect solution for ME.
I tried diet/exercise solutions, St. John’s Wort, chamomile, lavender everything, melatonin, various magnesium supplements, and I could go on and on with all the suggestions and failures in 25 years, but especially the last 5 with the menopause (sleep being my only major complaint about menopause, so I guess I’m getting off easy with just a few hot flashes a day and no mood swings or night sweats).

I left a five-star review for the Magnesium Cream and would recommend that over this formulation if you have dry skin! The gel formulation doesn't seem to work well with my skin... feels sticky, doesn't sink it, and is drying. Rowe Casa suggested to me that I mix it with a carrier oil which I can do, but since the cream formulation works well and won't require this extra step I will only purchase that formulation moving forward.
Nothing negative to say about efficacy... I just don't like the gel formulation!

Really works! The whole family uses this although for the littles, we only use about a half a pump or less. It is potent! You will get a deep sleep!

I bought this a few months ago and absolutely love it! I have hormonal imbalances that I’m going through my dr. to fix. One issue with that is my sleep is horrible. Since getting this, I apply 1-2 pumps onto the bottom of my foot every night before bed and rub it in.
My Apple Watch tracks my sleep and oh my gosh what a difference! I went from waking up multiple times a night and not getting into a deep sleep, to sleeping through the night and maybe waking up once for the bathroom. My sleep has been deeper too.
I have 3 girls, one of them has trouble sleeping. I gave it a try on her and she now asks to have it every night. It’s improved her sleep as well. This is a forever staple in my house now.

What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
All clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return due to sanitation concerns, including exposure to pets, fragrances, or other household elements.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items because orders go directly into processing after they’re submitted.
We allow cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com for assistance.
What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?
Domestic orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.
Gift cards and digital content do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.
How do I use my Rowe Casa gift card?
Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering your gift card number in the “Discount code or gift card” field.
Only one gift card may be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Gift card use may be excluded during certain promotions.
Processing & Shipping
