How To Use

Shake well. After cleansing the face, pour toner onto a cotton pad and apply to face. Follow with preferred Rowe Casa face serum and/or face cream.

    Not for Oily/Acne Prone Skin +Disappointed in Return Policy

    I bought this for my husband who used to use Beautycounter AHA Toner and loved it. Unfortunately, they stopped selling it so I thought we would give this one a try. He began to breakout immediately after using it. It does not have a "clarifying" feeling to it. It feels like they just diluted a couple of drops of essential oil in water. You can see clumps of essential oil in the toner itself. I also do not like that there is no return policy once you've opened it. How are we supposed to know it works/doesn't work if we've never put it on our skin? Beautycounter gave you 30 days to try it WITH free returns. I spent a lot of money on this toner along with essential oils but unfortunately, I don't think I will be a returning customer.

    This product has not helped at all. It’s made my acne worse, and created acne in areas I didn’t have problems with before starting it.

How are your products formulated?

Our products are handcrafted in our Texas facility with carefully chosen ingredients inspired by nature. We work alongside organic chemists, master herbalists, naturopaths, certified aromatherapists, and third-party testers to help ensure quality, consistency, and care in every product we create.

We do not test our ingredients or finished products on animals, and we ethically source our ingredients with a focus on land of origin whenever possible.
What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

All clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return due to sanitation concerns, including exposure to pets, fragrances, or other household elements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items because orders go directly into processing after they’re submitted.

We allow cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com for assistance.
What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?

Domestic orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.

Gift cards and digital content do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.
How do I use my Rowe Casa gift card?

Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering your gift card number in the “Discount code or gift card” field.

Only one gift card may be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Gift card use may be excluded during certain promotions.
Processing & Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Please note that sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods may impact processing times.

If you select ground or priority shipping, the shipping speed applies once your package has shipped. Processing time is not included in the carrier’s shipping timeframe.

All shipping rates come directly from USPS, and we’re unable to control the shipping options or rates provided at checkout.
