What is Rowe Casa Rewards?
Rowe Casa Rewards is our way of showing appreciation for you and your loyalty by rewarding you points for every purchase made. These points can be redeemed for vouchers that can be used toward future orders. The more you spend, the more rewards you earn. It’s that simple!
How do I earn points?
Points are earned simply by shopping online with Rowe Casa Organics! All that you need to do is to make sure that you are logged into your Rowe Casa account. If you do not have an existing account, you can sign up here. Your points will be credited to your account 14 days after your purchase.
How long will it take for points to be added to my account?
Points earned will be credited to your account 14 days after your purchase.
How do I know how many points I have earned?
Your total points earned can be viewed at the top of our rewards page once you are logged in.
How do I redeem my points for a reward?
Once you are logged in on our rewards page, you will see the list of available rewards. If any of these rewards are redeemable for you, you will see that it says “Get Reward.” You can click this to claim your reward.
Can I use more than one reward voucher on a purchase?
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
Do points earned expire?
Yes, points will expire 12 months from the date that they were earned.
What does an “approved,” “pending,” or “canceled” status mean?
Approved means that points are redeemable for rewards. Pending means that points earned are still in the 14 day period after your purchase and are still in the process of being verified and deposited into your account. Canceled means that the points will not be deposited into your account. This is most likely due to an order being returned or canceled.
Do taxes, shipping, and shipping protection earn points?
No. Taxes, shipping, and shipping protection do not count towards your points.
Can reward vouchers be used to cover shipping and taxes.
No. Reward vouchers only apply towards your subtotal, which excludes shipping and taxes.
How can my reward voucher be used?
Reward vouchers can be applied to single, one-time purchases. It cannot be applied across multiple orders. Only one voucher can be applied per order. Rewards also cannot be used for subscription orders. If you forget to apply your voucher to your purchase, we unfortunately cannot add vouchers to orders once they have been placed.
How do I earn points for my birthday?
Your account must be updated with your date of birth over 24 hours before your birthday in order to receive reward points. We cannot issue birthday rewards for a birthday that has already passed or if the account was created less than 24 hours prior to your birthday.
