How to use

Shake well. Add 1-2 Tbsp to 1/2 c warm water and gargle for 15-30 seconds. May dilute more or less as desired. Repeat every 2-3 hours as symptoms persist.

    Begin taking at first tickle

    If you catch it right away and begin this gargle, you will either thwart off all illness or illness will be significantly reduced. I recommend keeping it up for a few days even if you feel like the tickle is gone.
