This was bought as a gift for my daughter, who has occasional achey hands/joints after hours of harp practice and performance. My own wrist will hurt from a past injury, so I tried it myself, and "wow!" it works amazing. In fact, it is so effective, the jar is in my room now, since I was borrowing it so much for myself. It also helps when a migraine hits. Guess I need to buy another one for my daughter!

The muscle and joint cream has been a game changer!! It has helped everyone in my family at some point. Sports injuries, sore muscles and joints you name it! Works awesome by itself and I like to add some magnesium cream too. That helps too!

I suffer from back & hip pain pretty regularly and when I have gotten to the point of needing relief I have applied this cream and within 10 minutes the pain has subsided. It doesn’t take a lot as it spreads to cover a decent area. There is a slight heat, but nothing unbearable. Also be mindful to wash hands after applying.

This cream works wonders when my back hurts, for my hand after a long crochet sessions and my neck which I recently injured. I bought a second jar so I can keep one in my travel bag and never be without it. I use a decorative tea spoon to get the cream ut so it does't get stuck in my fingernails I also rub it n bumps and bruises the grandkids complain about. So glad I gave it a try.
