My son fractured his tibia on 9/3, surgery 9/4. Picture on left is yesterday at doctor’s office. Right picture is this morning after we put LYMPHATIC CREAM on last night. Swelling and discoloration is so much better! Thank you Rowe Casa Organics for making products that work!

I can personally attest just how much this has changed my body in such a great way! I have always had terrible ankles (cheerleading accidents and car wreck with multiple muscle strains and ligament tears which led to permanent swollen ankles). I could not go 4 hours during the day without my ankles swelling to the size of a softball. Every. Single. Day. You didn’t even see an ankle, just swollen skin. This has been YEARS. Like over 15 years……. I began regularly using the Lymphatic Cream in April 2026. I noticed by the end of June/middle of July 2026 that I had NO SWOLLEN ANKLES. Like at all. No matter how long I stayed on my feet. DAILY. I had not seen my actual ankle bone in years, and now, I see it every day. I rub a small amount of the cream behind both knees and in the crooks of my elbows towards the heart each night before bed. I was very skeptical (as everyone should be for the products that go into their body) about whether Rowe Casa Organics products truly work. I am so happy to report that it is real. The results are real. Visually and test wise. I cannot truly explain how thankful I am that these products ACTUALLY WORK!!
My Lymphocytes ABS test results in June 2023 were 2.7, December 2024 were 2.5, and September 2026 (with daily use of Lymphatic Cream since April 2026) were 2.0.

How are your products formulated?
Our products are handcrafted in our Texas facility with carefully chosen ingredients inspired by nature. We work alongside organic chemists, master herbalists, naturopaths, certified aromatherapists, and third-party testers to help ensure quality, consistency, and care in every product we create.
We do not test our ingredients or finished products on animals, and we ethically source our ingredients with a focus on land of origin whenever possible.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
All clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return due to sanitation concerns, including exposure to pets, fragrances, or other household elements.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items because orders go directly into processing after they’re submitted.
We allow cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com for assistance.
What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?
Domestic orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.
Gift cards and digital content do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.
How do I use my Rowe Casa gift card?
Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering your gift card number in the “Discount code or gift card” field.
Only one gift card may be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Gift card use may be excluded during certain promotions.
Processing & Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Please note that sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods may impact processing times.
If you select ground or priority shipping, the shipping speed applies once your package has shipped. Processing time is not included in the carrier’s shipping timeframe.
All shipping rates come directly from USPS, and we’re unable to control the shipping options or rates provided at checkout.
