My little one was suffering from a diaper rash that was brought on by a virus that had her with such bad and frequent diarrhea, she had acidity burns on her diaper area. Any of the “clean” brands I tried from Target she would scream in pain. Aquaphor or Vaseline was the only thing she would tolerate. My doctor had her on a combination of nystatin and a mixture of desitin/vaseline/antacid/neosporin to help heal the burn. After weeks of her screaming at diaper changes, I ordered this cream out of desperation. Not only does she tolerate it well, her skin is healing and diaper changes have been so much better. Thank you for creating amazing products. I wish we could purchase at target or a store front for easy access. I’d have everything!

I am a first time mom with a newborn. He started having diaper rash. We used some zinc oxide spray and didn’t notice a difference. Used this baby bottom cream twice and his diaper rash is gone. Also he stops crying while applying so noticeably soothing. Will be buying more of this stuff!

How are your products formulated?
Our products are handcrafted in our Texas facility with carefully chosen ingredients inspired by nature. We work alongside organic chemists, master herbalists, naturopaths, certified aromatherapists, and third-party testers to help ensure quality, consistency, and care in every product we create.
We do not test our ingredients or finished products on animals, and we ethically source our ingredients with a focus on land of origin whenever possible.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
All clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return due to sanitation concerns, including exposure to pets, fragrances, or other household elements.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items because orders go directly into processing after they’re submitted.
We allow cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com for assistance.
What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?
Domestic orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.
Gift cards and digital content do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.
How do I use my Rowe Casa gift card?
Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering your gift card number in the “Discount code or gift card” field.
Only one gift card may be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Gift card use may be excluded during certain promotions.
Processing & Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Please note that sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods may impact processing times.
If you select ground or priority shipping, the shipping speed applies once your package has shipped. Processing time is not included in the carrier’s shipping timeframe.
All shipping rates come directly from USPS, and we’re unable to control the shipping options or rates provided at checkout.
