How to use

TO USE: Add ½ cup - 1 cup of Sickness + Recovery Bath Salts into a warm bath. Soak 15-30 minutes or as desired. Use daily or as needed while sick or recovering from sickness. Seal bag tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry, and dark area.

    Kids sick

    I bought this as part of my sickness arsenal! I’ve got two kids in school and one of them is always bringing home something. My youngest got sick then got me sick right before Christmas. I used this for her and it’s amazing how a ten minute bath just loosened up her congestion. Then I mixed it with the detox bath and felt 75% better the next day. A must buy to have if you have kids that keep the sick around all year long.
