Description

A soothing blend of tart cherries, chamomile, and Valerian root, traditionally used to promote relaxation and support restful sleep. This gentle formula can be incorporated into your nightly routine to help maintain a sense of calm, bodily comfort, and overall wellbeing.
How to use

Shake well. Take 1-2 servings daily. Children (2-15) take 1/2 serving daily. Can be used every 2-3 hours as needed. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2-3 months. Children under 1 should not ingest honey.

    Amazing

    Been using this consistently for a year now & have seen drastic improvement with my sleep/wake cycle. I find it helps my sleep patterns rather than making me sleepy

    Definitely prefer the one with honey

    I tried the one without honey and the one with honey.

    The one without honey had a strong stevia taste in my opinion.

    I definitely like the one with honey more.

    It's hard to tell if it actually helped with sleep because results were inconsistent for me and my family members. I liked taking it because it is supposed to help with other factors involved with wellbeing.
