    Is difficult to dispense the right amount and then apply to eye area with a reusable pad—I feel like the pad absorbs some.

    I find this product to be just ok. I find I need at least 3 pumps on a cotton ball, but the product is thick so it takes a little extra work to remove mascara and eye shadow.
