How to use

    I use these for both myself and my 4 year old son and we love them! I definitely feel that it helps keep us healthy and keep those nasty viruses away and short lived when we do get them.

    LOVE this product!

    I could make my own DIY bath salt but this product just does it all for me. I did a foot soak instead of a full bath and my feet felt so good afterwards which then translated to the deepest sleep I have had in awhile! This is such a good and easy to do detox and I truly think you get results from it afterwards - it's not going to majorly change your life but it certainly is something I would add into your routine to help the weekly differences you can feel!

    I will never be without!!
