How to use

    Definitely helps me sleep more soundly!

    I was waiting to review this product to see how it did over a couple of weeks and I have no regrets about this purchase. On average, I was waking up 2-4x a night, even when I took melatonin, but since I started putting this cream on my the soles of my feet I maybe wake up just 1x a night, if at all. On the days I don’t use the cream there is a marked difference in my sleep so this is now part of my nightly routine. My sister recommended it to me and I now recommend it to anyone who mentions sleep issues. I really appreciate this natural alternative that has been a key factor in getting a more restful sleep!
